The Full Story
About
Roll2Heal was born from passion. During a Dungeons & Dragons game, the President of Roll2Heal, a veteran, found stress relief alongside two other veterans and two civilians. The veterans often arrived early, reminiscing about past deployments and griping about the VA. A year and a half into the campaign, one veteran confessed he’d contemplated suicide but was pulled through a dark moment by anticipation for the next session and fear of letting the group down if he didn’t show up to finish the campaign. A search for peer-reviewed studies provided details on the many benefits of tabletop role-playing games. Roll2Heal was born and is committed to providing all veterans and first responders with the same stress relief benefits.
